TrustAI - Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to TrustAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrustAI products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using any TrustAI app, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and—where applicable—the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA). If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA for iOS apps, the Apple EULA will control to the extent required.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. License to Use the Services

TrustAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal and/or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as permitted by law;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Services (except where legally allowed);
• Bypass or interfere with security, access controls, or usage limitations of the Services.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach. TrustAI is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Services for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content that infringes third-party rights;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, networks, or security mechanisms.

6. AI Features and User Content

Some TrustAI apps provide AI-powered processing, such as translation, document conversion, design generation, photo processing, and other automated features. You may submit content such as text, images, audio, documents, or other materials ("User Content") to use these features.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant TrustAI a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide the requested functionality, maintain and improve service performance, and comply with legal obligations.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process the User Content.

7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing (Apple-Focused)

Some TrustAI apps offer paid features via one-time purchases and/or auto-renewing subscriptions ("Subscriptions"). Subscription terms, pricing, and available plans are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

7.1 Apple In-App Purchases and Apple EULA

If you purchase a Subscription through the Apple App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

7.2 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time in your Apple account settings:

• Open Settings on your device
• Tap your Apple ID
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select the relevant TrustAI app subscription
• Tap Cancel Subscription (if you wish to cancel)

7.3 Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid Subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial (if applicable) will be forfeited when you purchase a Subscription.

7.4 Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. For purchases made through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies. TrustAI cannot issue refunds for Apple App Store purchases.

7.5 Price Changes

Subscription prices may change over time. If you are on an active Subscription, Apple may notify you about price increases where required, and your consent may be required depending on your region and Apple’s rules.

8. Termination

TrustAI may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will stop immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

TrustAI and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, branding, logos, design, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or integrate third-party services (e.g., cloud providers, analytics, payment processors, or AI infrastructure). TrustAI is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of such services may be subject to their terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TrustAI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Services will meet your specific requirements. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website and/or within the app. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrustAI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
